9. In no event may I (or anyone else on my behalf) without the prior written consent of WTC: (a) use any intellectual property of WTC and\/or its affiliates, including, but not limited to, the IRONMAN\u00ae, 70.3\u00ae, Iron Girl\u00ae, IRONKIDS\u00ae, Velothon\u00ae, Cape Epic\u00ae, 5150\u00ae, and Rock \u2018n\u2019 Roll\u00ae marks and names, the \u201cM-Dot\u201d logo, \u201cK-Dot\u201d logo (collectively, the \u201cWTC IP\u201d) and\/or any words or marks that refer to, or are suggestive of, or confusingly similar to, the Event, any Event logo, Event name, Event location, Event date, or Event race distance (collectively, \u201cEvent IP\u201d), or (b) sell, market, distribute, or produce any products, events, merchandise, websites, or services that are IRONMAN\u00ae-branded, 70.3\u00ae-branded, Event-branded, or branded or marked using (i) any Event logo, (ii) any Event name, (iii) any Event IP, or (iv) or any WTC IP (including without limitation the word \u201cIRON\u201d or any foreign translation thereof as a prefix for, or component of, any race, event, trade name, trademark, organization name, club name, or brand of any kind, in each case in any way related to triathlon, triathletes, training, coaching, or any endurance sports).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En aucun cas je ne peux (ni quiconque en mon nom) sans le consentement \u00e9crit pr\u00e9alable de WTC : (a) utiliser toute propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle de WTC et\/ou de ses soci\u00e9t\u00e9s affili\u00e9es, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les marques et noms IRONMAN\u00ae, 70.3\u00ae, Iron Girl\u00ae, IRONKIDS\u00ae, Velothon\u00ae, Cape Epic\u00ae, 5150\u00ae et Rock \u2018n\u2019 Roll\u00ae, le logo \u00ab M-Dot \u00bb — le gros “M” majuscule surmont\u00e9 d’un point : le symbole d’Ironman –, le logo \u00ab K-Dot \u00bb (collectivement, la \u00ab propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle de WTC \u00bb) et\/ou tout mot ou marque faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0, sugg\u00e9rant ou ressemblant au point de pr\u00eater \u00e0 confusion \u00e0 l’\u00c9v\u00e9nement, tout logo d’\u00c9v\u00e9nement, nom d’\u00c9v\u00e9nement, lieu d’\u00c9v\u00e9nement, date d’\u00c9v\u00e9nement ou distance de course d’\u00c9v\u00e9nement (collectivement, la \u00ab propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle de l’\u00c9v\u00e9nement \u00bb), ou (b) vendre, commercialiser, distribuer ou produire des produits, \u00e9v\u00e9nements, marchandises, sites Web ou services de marque IRONMAN\u00ae, 70.3\u00ae, de marque \u00c9v\u00e9nement, ou marqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l’aide (i) de tout logo d’\u00c9v\u00e9nement, (ii) tout nom d’\u00e9v\u00e9nement, (iii) toute propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle d’\u00e9v\u00e9nement, ou (iv) toute propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle du WTC (y compris, sans limitation, le mot \u00ab IRON \u00bb ou toute traduction \u00e9trang\u00e8re de celui-ci comme pr\u00e9fixe ou composant de toute course, \u00e9v\u00e9nement, nom commercial, marque d\u00e9pos\u00e9e, nom d’organisation, nom de club ou marque de toute nature, dans chaque cas li\u00e9 de quelque mani\u00e8re que ce soit au triathlon, aux triathl\u00e8tes, \u00e0 l’entra\u00eenement, au coaching ou \u00e0 tout sport d’endurance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
